7 days from delivery. Product must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories.

How to raise a return

Go to Account → My Orders → Return item. Choose a reason, upload photos if needed. We schedule a doorstep pickup within 48 hours.

Refund timeline

Refunds are processed within 24 hours of pickup and reflect in 3–5 business days depending on your bank. UPI and wallet refunds are usually instant.

Exchange

Free size/variant exchange within 7 days. If the replacement is unavailable, we issue store credit valid for 12 months.

Non-returnable

Personalised or gift-note items, opened consumables, and any product used or damaged after delivery.
